What you find on the site
The site offers general information about my work: services, articles, talks, stories from projects and free materials. None of it is advice for your particular situation, and it does not replace an analysis we do together. Project stories are told without client names.
The free conversation and paid work
The first 30-minute conversation is free and creates no obligation for either of us. Bookings go through HubSpot Meetings, and the details you enter are processed as described in the Privacy policy.
Any paid work is done only under a separate written agreement that sets out its scope, duration and fee. Where that agreement differs from these terms, the agreement applies.
Free materials
Materials I offer for free, such as The Assumption Register or the PDF collection of stories, may be downloaded, printed and shared within your organization, as long as the author’s name stays on them. They may not be sold, included in commercial products or courses, or published as someone else’s work without my written consent.
Copyright
The texts, images, illustrations and logo on this site are protected by copyright (Romanian Law no. 8/1996). You may quote short passages with the source named and a link to the original page. For any other use, write to me first.
Links to other sites
The site links to other sites and services, for example Business Review, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and HubSpot. I am not responsible for their content or for how they process data; their own terms and policies apply.
Limitation of liability
I work to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but I cannot guarantee that it is complete or suited to your situation. To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for losses arising from decisions taken solely on the basis of information on this site, outside a working agreement. The site may be unavailable from time to time, for example during maintenance. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer.

Governing law
These terms are governed by Romanian law. I will first try to settle any disagreement directly and amicably; if that is not possible, the courts of Romania have jurisdiction.
