Who is responsible for your data

What data I collect and why
- Contact form. Your name, email address, company, phone number (optional) and message. I use them only to reply to you and to discuss possible work together. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and my legitimate interest in answering messages (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
- Booking a conversation. The booking buttons open a HubSpot Meetings calendar, where you enter your name, email and chosen time slot. HubSpot processes this on my behalf to schedule and confirm the meeting.
- Email. If you write to me directly, I keep the correspondence for as long as our conversation requires.
- Blog comments. If you leave a comment, your name, email, IP address and comment text are stored, to display the comment and filter spam.
- Technical and security data. Your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit are processed by the hosting and security services (Cloudflare, Wordfence) to protect the site from abuse. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
Cookies and measurement tools
The site uses Google Tag Manager to load the following tools, which may place cookies or similar technologies in your browser:
- Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) – aggregate statistics on visits and pages.
- Hotjar (Hotjar Ltd., Malta) – analysis of how pages are used (for example, click heatmaps).
- HubSpot (HubSpot Ireland Ltd.) – visit analytics and the link with meetings booked through HubSpot Meetings.
- Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) – measuring and possibly personalising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
- LinkedIn Insight Tag (LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Co.) – statistics on visitors arriving from LinkedIn and campaign measurement.
The site also uses cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work (for example, for your language choice, security and comments). You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may then not work properly.
Who receives your data
I do not sell or rent your data. It goes only to the providers that help me run the site and my communication: web hosting (server in the European Union), Cloudflare (content delivery and security), Google Workspace (email), HubSpot (bookings and analytics) and the providers of the measurement tools above. Some of these providers may transfer data outside the European Economic Area (for example, to the United States). In those cases the transfer relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
How long I keep data
I keep messages and contact details for as long as needed to reply to you and for any work that follows, then delete them, unless the law requires keeping them longer. Data held by the measurement tools is kept according to each provider’s settings.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. For any of these requests, write to me at [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (www.dataprotection.ro).

I may update this policy when the tools used on the site change. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
